However if you have common sense, you know that losing weight is not only about being thin and trim, it's about lowering your risk or heart attacks, diabetes, clogged arteries, and many more fatal symptoms. When you are losing weight you have to look at the big picture, not just the painful trail of trading in your hamburgers and fries for a salad, and exercising instead of watching T.V.

Will power and commitment can change anyone in the world. Any person in this world can have both.
